Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and every booking of tour packages, boat rentals, and other services from Belitung Mampau Tour. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Belitung Mampau Tour is a local tour operator based at Jl. Pantai Tanjung Kelayang No.Desa, Keciput, Sijuk, Kabupaten Belitung, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung 33414 (Near Dermaga Kelayang Resto). You can reach us on WhatsApp at +62 819-2967-8612 or by email at aja296685@gmail.com.

2. Using This Website

Information on this website, including prices, itineraries, and photos, is provided in good faith and updated regularly. Photos are illustrative; nature, weather, and third-party facilities may differ on the day of your trip.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, or copying content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Bookings

Bookings are made through our official WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only once we have sent a written confirmation stating the package, dates, number of guests, price, and payment and cancellation terms, and we have received the agreed payment.

Specific terms shown on a package page or in your booking confirmation (for example resort rules, minimum group size, or group rates) apply together with these Terms. Where they differ, the specific terms prevail.

Please give us accurate and complete details, including the number of guests, children's ages, special needs, and any health conditions relevant to activity safety.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and per person unless stated otherwise. Website prices may change until your booking is confirmed in writing; after that, we will not increase the confirmed price.

Payment is by bank transfer (BCA / Mandiri) to the account we name in writing through our official WhatsApp number or email. Beware of fraud: we never ask you to pay into an account in someone else's name through a number not listed on this website. If in doubt, contact us to verify before you transfer.

5. Changes and Cancellations by You

Requests to reschedule or cancel must be sent in writing by WhatsApp or email. The refund terms that apply are those stated in your booking confirmation.

Some components are booked from third parties (for example resorts, hotels, ferry or flight tickets) and may be non-refundable under their policies. We will tell you about such components before you pay. Rescheduling depends on availability.

6. Changes and Cancellations by Us

Safety comes first. We may adjust the route, the order of stops, or departure times because of weather, sea conditions, tides, or other safety reasons. Reasonable adjustments like these are not a cancellation.

If we must cancel a service because of bad weather, force majeure, or another reason on our side, we will offer a new date, an alternative of equal value, or a refund for the part of the service not delivered, at your choice and in line with your booking confirmation.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Follow the instructions of guides and boat crew, including wearing a life jacket while at sea.
  • Tell us about health conditions, pregnancy, or swimming ability that may affect your safety.
  • Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point and bring any required identification.
  • Respect nature: do not stand on or take coral, do not litter, and do not disturb wildlife, including tarsiers.
  • Supervise any children in your care throughout the activity.

8. Safety, Risk, and Insurance

Outdoor activities such as island hopping, snorkelling, kayaking, trekking, and fishing carry inherent risks. We provide safety equipment and experienced guides, and we recommend that you hold travel insurance covering these activities.

9. Third-Party Services

Hotels, resorts, restaurants, ferries, airlines, and attractions are run by third parties under their own terms. We choose partners carefully but do not control their operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, acts of third parties beyond our control, or a guest's own negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indonesian Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection or any other mandatory law, or our liability for our own negligence causing injury or loss.

11. Content, Reviews, and Photos

All text, photos, illustrations, and logos on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Reviews we display come from genuine Google reviews and their meaning is not altered. We will ask your permission before using photos that show your face for promotion.

12. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any complaint amicably. If that fails, a dispute may be brought before the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) or the Tanjung Pandan District Court. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or California, you keep the mandatory protections of the law where you live.

These Terms are available in Indonesian and English. If the versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page with its update date. Confirmed bookings keep the terms in force when they were confirmed.
